Authorized Uses for WDDF Campus. WDDF shall be authorized to utilize the WDDF Campus for the purposes set forth in Section 2.02; and in addition, WDDF shall be authorized to lease or sublease portions of the Permanent Facilities to for-profit and not-for-profit entities for the uses authorized herein and in accordance with the terms of the Lease (collectively, the “Authorized Uses”) subject to the approval of the City which approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
