Common use of Authorized Clause in Contracts

Authorized. OWNER warrants that OWNER is the sole OWNER of the Property or has authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of any co-OWNER and that the Property is not subject to legal proceedings for foreclosure. Any OWNER shall have the authority to take action and enter into further agreements with AGENT on behalf of all other CO-Owners.
