Authorizing Body Contract Authorization Process. Pursuant to the Code, the University Board is not required to issue a contract to the Academy. This Contract is for a fixed term and will terminate at that end of the Contract term set forth in Section 12.14 without any further action of either the Academy or the University Board. Prior to the end of the Contract term, the University Board shall provide a description of the process and standards by which the Academy may be considered for the issuance of a new contract.
