AUTHORS. Without prejudice to any rights of authors under its national laws, each Annex Participant will take necessary steps to promote the co-operation of authors as may be required to carry out the provisions of this Article. Each Annex Participant will be responsible for the payment of any awards or compensation that may be required to be paid to authors according to any of its national laws.
