Common use of Authorship and Final Contents Clause in Contracts

Subject to the foregoing, the authorship and final contents, including scientific conclusions and professional judgments, of any paper submitted about a Study (or, if applicable, a Multi-Center Study) by the Principal Investigator shall be determined by the Principal Investigator in accordance with the publication guidelines of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors.
