WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS. 1.10.1 Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, materials, tools and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the service in a manner consistent with the Project Manager’s plan and schedule. It is the responsibility of the consultant to keep this licensure current and to notify the State if any conditions to practice are restricted during the period of the contract.

1.12.3 Contractor and their employees shall be certified by the VDH Asbestos and Lead Regulatory Program. For mold remediation work, Contractor shall be certified by the American Council of Accredited Certifications or equivalent certification body.
1.12.4 Lead or asbestos abatement work performed under this contract shall be in accordance with the regulations of the VDH Asbestos and Lead Regulatory Program, United States Occupational Health and Safety Agency (OSHA), Vermont OSHA (VOSHA), and United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA).
1.12.5 Contractor shall perform mold remediation services in accordance with a project-specific Mold Remediation Work Plan prepared for the State of Vermont by a Professional Engineer or qualified Mold Remediation Contractor. If the Project Manager determines that the project does not require a Mold Remediation Work Plan, then the Contractor shall perform mold remediation work in accordance with their subtask scope of work and recognized industry standards applicable to the work including, but not limited to, the following documents or the most recent revisions thereof:

WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS. All hydrants installed must conform to BSEN 750/1984 and display the BS standard xxxx xxxx. Any variation from this standard will be subject to an agreement between the Water Company and the Fire Authority. All equipment provided by the Water Company must comply with the appropriate European Standards and satisfy the regulations listed under Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1991.
WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS. All workmanship shall be of the best quality appropriate to each category of work. Except where otherwise stated or approved by the Engineer, all materials used in the Works shall be of the best quality of their respective kinds as specified or described in the Specification, Drawings and Bills of Quantities and shall comply wherever possible with the current issue of the appropriate standard published by the British Standards Institution, or other equivalent national standard proposed by the Contractor and approved by the Engineer. The Contractor shall use locally produced materials in preference to imported materials provided that they comply with the Specification and are available in sufficient and timely quantities
WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS. The Contractor shall employ nothing less than good quality workmanship in performing the Work. All materials, equipment and other items incorporated into the Work shall be of good quality and, unless specified otherwise, shall be new. The Contractor shall, upon request, provide satisfactory evidence as to the type and quality of materials used in connection with the Work. If the Contractor determines that the materials delivered to the Project Site do not represent a good quality product, it shall advise the District Representative, and shall remedy the deficient quality as quickly as possible with the shortest delay, if any, to the Work on the Project, unless otherwise instructed by the District Representative.
WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS. The Owner shall at all times supervise the work and shall not employ on the Work any unfit person nor anyone not skilled in the work assigned to him or her. The Owner shall use only competent contractors to perform the Work. The Owner shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, water, tools, equipment, light, power, transportation, and all other facilities necessary for the execution and completion of the Work. All workmanship, equipment, materials, and articles incorporated in the Work shall be new, shall be the best available grade, and shall be of a quality equal to, or better than that specified.
