Auto Decisioning. Automated decisioning serves to improve efficiency and maintain uniformity of decisions across applications. Automated decisioning has been set up within TFL’s LOS. The logic generally checks the same variables evaluated in judgmental credit decisions made by a live underwriter. It is important to note that auto approvals eliminate the need for manual review of the strongest segment of applications. This allows Underwriters to spend more time working on and investigating the remaining deals requiring a judgmental credit decision. Auto decisioning is maintained by TFL’s LOS System Administrator and will be reviewed periodically to ensure decisions are consistent with the Credit Policy. Accordingly, the System Administrator may update and adjust the logic, with authorization from TFL’s President, to remain in line with business needs while remaining compliant with the Credit Policy and lending regulations.   • Scheduling (a) Lessee will provide Lessor with requests for flight time and proposed flight schedules as far in advance of any given flight as possible. Lessee or the designated authorized representative(s) of Lessee shall submit scheduling requests under this Agreement to the designated authorized representative(s) of Lessor. Requests for flight time shall be in such form (whether oral or written) mutually convenient to, and agreed upon by, the parties. In addition to proposed schedules and flight times, Lessee shall upon request provide Lessor with the following information for each proposed flight prior to scheduled departure: (i) proposed departure point; (ii) destination; (iii) date and time of flight; (iv) the number of anticipated passengers; (v) the nature and extent of luggage to be carried; (vi) the date and time of a return flight, if any; and (vii) any other pertinent information concerning the proposed flight that Lessor or the flight crew may request.

  • Commissioning preparation of a system or systems to allow hydrocarbons or other process fluids to be safely introduced into the system or systems for processing. In this phase testing will focus on systems, including utilities.

  • Maintenance and Support Services Distributor shall provide Maintenance and Support Services to all of its Customers of Licensed Software as set forth in Sections 3.4(a) and 3.4(b) below. Distributor may require Customers to provide the own First-Line Support: however, in no event shall Siebel be responsible for First-Line or Second-Line Support. Subject to Distributor's payment of the Maintenance Fees set forth in EXHIBIT A Siebel shall provide Third-Line Support to Distributor in accordance with Siebel's then current Maintenance and Support Services Policy. Distributor shall be responsible for all support related to the Value Added Offering.

  • Maintenance and Support Licensee is solely responsible for providing all maintenance and support to its customers of the Licensed Products. Licensor has, and shall have, no obligation to provide any maintenance or support to Licensee or any of Licensee’s customers with respect to any Technology and/or Licensed Products.

  • Inspection and Testing 7.5.1 Meters, data acquisition, and related protection equipment at Generator's Interconnection Point shall be tested at least biennially by Generator in accordance with the provisions for meter testing as established in American National Standard Institute Code for Electricity Metering (ANSI) Standard C12.16 for Solid State Electricity Meters, as the same may be updated from time to time. Representatives of each Party shall be afforded an opportunity to witness such tests.

  • Acceptance Testing The MCP must have the capability to report all elements in the Minimum Data Set as set forth in the ODJFS Encounter Data Specifications and must submit a test file in the ODJFS-specified medium in the required formats prior to contracting or prior to an information systems replacement or update. Acceptance testing of encounter data is required as specified in Section 29(a)(v) of this Appendix.

  • Forecasting Manager and Sprint PCS will work cooperatively to generate mutually acceptable forecasts of important business metrics including traffic volumes, handset sales, subscribers and Collected Revenues for the Sprint PCS Products and Services. The forecasts are for planning purposes only and do not constitute Manager's obligation to meet the quantities forecast.

  • Review Systems The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain and utilize an electronic case management system to manage the Tests and provide systematic control over each step in the Review process and ensure consistency and repeatability among the Tests.

  • Program Managers See Section 14.1.

  • Project Managers Each party will designate a project manager (“Project Manager”) who will (a) serve as such party’s primary representative under this Agreement, (b) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of such party’s obligations under this Agreement and be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of this Agreement, including attempted resolution of any issues that may arise during the performance of any party’s obligations hereunder for each of the Services, (c) be authorized to act for and on behalf of such party with respect to all matters relating to this Agreement and (d) will provide guidance on the steps the parties shall take to cooperate in the transition, separation and migration of the Services. Generally, requests by NewCo relevant to the Services will be made by NewCo’s Project Manager to MCK’s Project Manager; however, the foregoing provision will not limit either party’s ability to communicate with the other party’s relevant contact person(s) with respect to any particular Service. Either party’s Project Manager may from time to time designate a substitute of commensurate skills and experience by notice to the other party to fulfill such Project Manager’s responsibilities during any periods of unavailability.
