Auto-Reenrollment Sample Clauses

Auto-Reenrollment. Pursuant to Iowa Medicaid’s 1915(b) waiver, the Agency automatically reenrolls in the same MCO any recipient who is disenrolled solely because the Enrolled Member loses Medicaid or CHIP eligibility for a period of 2 months or less.
