Automated Clearing House Authorization. Company hereby authorizes Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx to initiate transaction entries to Company’s depositories account as set forth in the Company Application above. This authority is to remain in effect until Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx has received written notification from Company of its request for termination in such time as to afford Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx and Company’s depository institution a commercially reasonable opportunity to acknowledge and respond to the request.
