Sponsor Stock trades associated with Participant-initiated exchanges shall be sent to market as soon as administratively feasible during regular trading hours via an electronic order entry system, unless such trade is treated as a block trade. Such electronic order entry system shall be deemed an Electronic Service for purposes of Section 14 of this Agreement.
