Common use of Automatic Amendment Clause in Contracts

Automatic Amendment. Upon the effective date of any amendment to the regulations promulgated by HHS with regard to PHI, this Addendum shall automatically amend so that the obligations imposed on Business Associate remain in compliance with such regulations.

Automatic Amendment. Upon the effective date of any amendment to the regulations promulgated by HHS with regard respect to PHI, this Addendum the Agreement shall automatically amend so such that the obligations imposed on Business Associate as a Business Associate remain in compliance with such regulations. Please complete the Attachment A Questionnaire attached to this Agreement.
