Common use of Automatic Amendment Clause in Contracts

Automatic Amendment. Upon the effective date of any amendment to the regulations promulgated by HHS with regard to PHI, this Addendum shall automatically amend so that the obligations imposed on Business Associate remain in compliance with such regulations.

Automatic Amendment. Upon the effective date of any amendment to the regulations promulgated by HHS with regard respect to PHI, this Addendum Business Associate Agreement shall automatically amend so such that the obligations imposed on BUSINESS ASSOCIATE as a Business Associate remain in compliance with such regulations.

Automatic Amendment. Upon the effective date Applicable Effective Date of any amendment to the regulations promulgated by HHS Health and Human Services (HHS) with regard respect to PHI, this Addendum Agreement shall automatically amend so such that the obligations imposed on Business Associate as a Business Associate remain in compliance with such regulations.

Automatic Amendment. Upon the effective date of any amendment to the regulations promulgated by HHS with regard respect to PHI, this Addendum Business Associate Contract shall automatically amend so such that the obligations imposed on BUSINESS ASSOCIATE as a Business Associate remain in compliance with such regulations.

Automatic Amendment. Upon the effective date of any amendment to the regulations promulgated by HHS with regard respect to PHI, this Addendum the Agreement shall automatically amend so such that the obligations imposed on Business Associate as a Business Associate remain in compliance with such regulations.
