Common use of Automatic Debit for Payment Clause in Contracts

Automatic Debit for Payment. Applicant authorizes Bank to debit any of Applicant’s accounts at Bank for any payments due under this Agreement, Applicant further certifies that it holds legitimate ownership of each of these accounts and preauthorizes this debit as part of its ownership rights.
