Common use of Automatic Debit for Payment Clause in Contracts

Automatic Debit for Payment. Applicant authorizes Bank to debit any of Applicant's accounts at Bank for any payments due under this Agreement, Applicant further certifies that it holds legitimate ownership of each of these accounts and preauthorizes this debit as part of its ownership rights.

Applicant further certifies that it holds legitimate ownership of each of these accounts and preauthorizes this debit as part of its ownership rightshereby authorizes any such debit.

Applicant authorizes Bank to (i) debit the Account (as defined in the Security Agreement) for any payments due under this Agreement and (ii) if an Event of Default is continuing, to debit any of Applicant's ’s other accounts at Bank for any payments due under this Agreement, and Applicant further certifies that it holds legitimate ownership of each of these accounts and preauthorizes this debit these debits as part of its ownership rights..
