Check-Off Payments. The Employer shall deduct from every employee any dues, initiation fees, or assessments levied by the Union on its members.

The Employer will, so long as this Agreement continues to operate, as a condition of employment, deduct from the salaries of all employees at the commencement of the first full month of employment, and monthly thereafter, an amount equal to the Union monthly dues and uniformly levied as notified in writing by the Union to the Employer.

Dues deductions shall commence upon the date of hire of a new employee. The Board shall remit the dues deducted pursuant to such assignment to the Treasurer of the Union not later than fifteen (15) days following the date upon which deductions were made, with a written statement of names of the employees for whom the deductions were made and the amount of each deduction.
