Automatic Debit. The Customer hereby irrevocably authorizes the MSP to debit the Customer’s account (via ACH or credit card) to make payment of all sums due hereunder when and as such payments are due and payable pursuant to the terms of this agreement, including all past dues and damages for all unreturned, lost or damaged equipment.
