Common use of Automatic Renewal of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Automatic Renewal of Agreement. If neither party notifies the other of its intent to negotiate a Successor Agreement by the date in (F., 1) of this Article, this Agreement shall automatically continue in force and will be in effect for equivalent periods as shown in (D) of this article.
