Automatic Stay. Each Grantor agrees that upon the filing of any Petition for Relief by or against any Grantor under the United States Bankruptcy Code, the Secured Party shall be entitled to immediate and complete relief from the automatic stay with respect to any Grantor, and Secured Party shall be permitted to proceed to protect and enforce its rights and remedies under applicable law.
