Common use of Automatic Submissions Clause in Contracts

Automatic Submissions. The Company will submit automatic policies to the Reinsurer in an electronic TAI format. Upon the request of the Reinsurer, the Company will send to the Reinsurer copies of the application, underwriting papers and other papers on a life reinsured automatically under this Agreement.
