Scope of Coverage Clause Samples
The Scope of Coverage clause defines the specific situations, items, or parties that are included under the protections or obligations of an agreement, such as an insurance policy or service contract. It typically outlines what is covered, any limitations or conditions, and may reference particular events, locations, or types of losses. By clearly delineating what is and is not included, this clause ensures all parties understand the extent of their rights and responsibilities, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
