Common use of Automatic Ten Year Extensions Clause in Contracts

Automatic Ten Year Extensions. This Agreement shall be automatically extended for up to two (2) separate and successive ten (10) year periods (with each such successive ten (10) year period being referred to herein as an “Extended Term”) unless, and only if at least one (1) year prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or, if applicable, at least one (1) year prior to the expiration of the Extended Term then in effect, either party shall give the other written notice of its intention not to extend the Initial Term or, if applicable, the Extended Term then in effect.
