Automatic Termination Upon Unauthorized Teaching. The licenses granted in Section 8(a) shall immediately terminate and Participant shall be in immediate breach of this Agreement in the event that Participant teaches or provides instruction in the FST™ system, methods or of assisted stretching to any person, group, company or institution without separate, explicit, written authorization by the Institute.
