Common use of Automatic Updates Clause in Contracts

Automatic Updates. UPS will automatically deliver Updates to UPS WorldShip software and associated UPS Databases (“WorldShip Updates”) to computers onto which You have installed UPS WorldShip software. UPS will automatically apply these WorldShip Updates if You commission UPS WorldShip software in the United States. You will be provided notice through UPS WorldShip software that a WorldShip Update will occur. If You choose not to accept a WorldShip Update, You must remove and cease use of UPS WorldShip software and its associated UPS Databases and Your license in UPS WorldShip software and its associated UPS Databases will terminate on the date such WorldShip Update was scheduled to be applied.
