Automobile Claims. Even though no Automobile Liability or Physical Damage coverage is provided under the OCIP, the Contractor/Subcontractor must notify Xxx Xxxxxx, OCIP Safety Coordinator, in writing of any automobile accident which could be related to the project. This should be done as soon as possible following the accident.
