Commercial Automobile Insurance. If the Grantee’s duties include the use of a commercial vehicle, the Grantee shall maintain automobile liability, bodily injury, and property damage coverage. Insuring clauses for both bodily injury and property damage shall provide coverage on an occurrence basis. The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy. The minimum limits shall be as follows: $200,000/300,000 Automobile Liability for Company-Owned Vehicles, if applicable $200,000/300,000 Hired and Non-owned Automobile Liability Coverage

Commercial Automobile Insurance. This policy shall include coverage for all owned, hired, rented, and non-owned automobiles and equipment. This coverage will be subject to a maximum deductible of U.S.$25,000. Limit: U.S.$1,000,000 combined single limit each accident
Commercial Automobile Insurance. Consultant shall also obtain, at Consultant’s expense, and keep in effect during the term of the contract (Symbol 1 or Symbols 8 and 9 as applicable) Commercial Automobile Liability coverage on an “occurrence” form including coverage for all owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles. The Combined Single Limit per occurrence shall not be less than $2,000,000. If Contractor operates a personally-owned vehicle for business use under this contract, the Contractor shall obtain, at Contractor’s expense, and keep in effect during the term of the contract, business automobile liability coverage for all owned vehicles on an “occurrence” form. The Combined Single Limit per occurrence shall not be less than $2,000,000.
Commercial Automobile Insurance. Engineer shall also obtain, at engineer’s expense, and keep in effect during the term of the contract Commercial Automobile Liability coverage on an “occurrence” form including coverage for all owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles. The Combined Single Limit per occurrence shall not be less than $2,000,000.
Commercial Automobile Insurance a. The insurance shall include, but shall not be limited to, coverage for claims for bodily injury or property damage for owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles resulting from actions, failures to act, or operations of the insured, or by its employees or agents, or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by the insured. The amount of insurance coverage shall not be less than [$1,000,000.00] per accident.
b. The commercial automobile insurance shall include the same endorsements required for the commercial general liability policy (see Section 16.B.2.b).
Commercial Automobile Insurance. Commercial Automobile Liability coverage on an “occurrence” form including coverage for all owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles. The Combined Single Limit per occurrence shall not be less than $1,300,000.
Commercial Automobile Insurance. Shall include liability and required coverage for New York. In the event that automobiles are used in connection with Consultant’s business or operations with the Department, the Consultant shall maintain a commercial or other automobile policy or policies insuring against liability for bodily injury, death, or damage to property and other mandatory coverages, relating to the use, operation, loading or unloading of any of Consultant’s automobiles (including owned, hired and non-owned vehicles) on and around the project. This may be ISO form CA 00 01 10 01, CA 00 01 01 87 or a policy form providing equivalent coverage along with mandatory New York endorsements. Coverage shall be in an amount of not less than $1,000,000 each accident.
Commercial Automobile Insurance. The Contractor shall secure and maintain Commercial Automobile insurance that shall be occurrence type, written in comprehensive form, and shall include Contractor’s owned, non-owned, and hired motor vehicle coverage. All liability insurance shall be written on an occurrence basis and shall not be written on a claim-made basis. The liability limits shall be not less than: Business Automobile $1,000,000 combined single limit for each occurrence
Commercial Automobile Insurance. During all phases of the PROJECT, LESSEE shall provide evidence of commercial business auto coverage written on ISO form CA 00 01 10 01 (or substitute form providing equivalent liability coverage) with a limit not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for each accident. Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of any auto (including owned, hired, and non-owned autos). The policy must contain an endorsement for coverage to operations in connection with a railroad and an endorsement to cover liabilities arising out of the Motor Carrier Act – Hazardous materials clean up (MCS-90) with a sublimit of no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000). During all phases of the PROJECT, LESSEE shall require its General Contractor to provide evidence of commercial business auto coverage written on ISO form CA 00 01 10 01 (or substitute form providing equivalent liability coverage) with a limit not less than twenty-five million dollars ($25,000,000) for each accident. Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of any auto (including owned, hired, and non-owned autos) and may be satisfied by a combination of primary and excess and/or umbrella policies. The policy(ies) must contain an endorsement for coverage to operations in connection with a railroad and an endorsement to cover liabilities arising out of the Motor Carrier Act – Hazardous materials clean up (MCS-90) with a sublimit of no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000). All excess or umbrella policies shall contain a drop-down clause in the event of exhaustion of primary limits and provide coverage for primary auto liability.
