Common use of Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance Clause in Contracts

Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance. Procure, and maintain during the life of the Contract, Comprehensive Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance coverage on all vehicles used in connection with the Contract, whether owned, non-owned, or hired. The liability limits shall be not less than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) for injury or death of each person and in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,00,000.00) in any one occurrence; and Property Damage limits of not less than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) in any on occurrence.
