PREVAILING WAGE RATES AND APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM. (A) The Contractor is aware that and hereby agrees that not less than the prevailing wage rates included in the bid specifications, which were adopted by the El Paso County Commissioners Court on November 19, 2012 for Highway/Heavy Construction and for Building Construction Trades, shall be paid to all workers on the Project. A copy of the prevailing wage rates is attached hereto and by this reference is incorporated herein as part of this contract.
