  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain insurance covering all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles in limits of liability not less than indicated below. The coverage must be subject to terms no less broad than ISO Business Auto Coverage Form CA 0001 (2010 edition or newer), or equivalent.   • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Business Automobile Liability Insurance must cover all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles with a minimum combined single limit of $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. The policy shall contain the following endorsements in favor of DIR and/or Customer:

  • Comprehensive Automobile and Truck Liability Insurance covering owned, hired and non-owned vehicles, with a combined bodily injury and property damage limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies, if written on a Claims First Made Basis, shall be maintained in full force and effect for two (2) years after termination of this LGIA, which coverage may be in the form of tail coverage or extended reporting period coverage if agreed by the Parties.

  • Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance Commercial General Liability Insurance and Any Auto Automobile Liability Insurance that shall protect the Consultant, the District, and the State from all claims of bodily injury, property damage, personal injury, death, advertising injury, and medical payments arising performing any portion of the Services. (Form CG 0001 and CA 0001, or forms substantially similar, if approved by the District.)
