(b) CONTRACTOR’s vehicles used in the performance of this Contract, including owned, non-owned (e.g. owned by CONTRACTOR's employees), leased or hired vehicles, shall each be covered with Commercial Automobile, Liability Insurance in the minimum amount of three million dollars ($3,000,000) combined single limit per accident for bodily injury and property damage. (c) CONTRACTOR shall obtain and maintain Comprehensive or Commercial General Liability Insurance coverage in the minimum amount of five million dollars ($5,000,000) combined single limit, including bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. Such insurance coverage shall include, without limitation: premises and operations, including coverage for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, Personal Injury, Contractual Liability, Broadform Property Damage, Independent CONTRACTORs, and Products/Completed Operations, with minimum limits: $1,000,000 per Occurrence. If CONTRACTOR maintains higher limits than the specified minimum limits, MST requires and shall be entitled to coverage for the higher limits maintained by CONTRACTOR.

Types of Insurance and Minimum LimitsThe Contractor agrees that it will, at all times during the term of the agreement, keep in force a tort liability insurance policy (policies), issued by a company authorized to transact business in the State of Oregon. The insurance requirements herein are minimum requirements for this contract. LCOG in no way warrants that the minimum limits contained herein are sufficient to protect the Contractor from liabilities that might arise out of its performance of the Services under this Contract. The Contractor is free to purchase such additional insurance as it may determine necessary.
