Automobile Vandalism and Theft. 1. Employees shall be reimbursed for damage to the employee’s automobile because of vandalism or theft at the rate of up to $75.00 on the first claim and total payment on second or more, subject to the following conditions for the term of this Agreement: A. The employee was acting as an employee when the loss occurred. B. The automobile was in the parking area designated by the Board. C. The automobile was locked with the windows closed in case of damage or theft to the inside of the automobile. D. The items damaged or stolen were attached to or regular accessories of the automobile. E. The damage was reported to the employee’s immediate supervisor, in writing, no less than two (2) working days after the discovery of the same.
