Common use of Automotive Clause in Contracts

The Concessionaire will secure and maintain Commercial Automobile Liability insurance for company-owned vehicles and for hired and non-owned vehicles that are used to conduct business and provide Services. For these vehicles, the Concessionaire will have a minimum combined single limit of $1,000,000. Commercial Automobile Liability insurance coverage may be provided as either vehicle specific coverage or as a coverage for the business use as a rider on the Concessionaire’s general liability insurance policy.
