Common use of AVAILABILITY AND APPLICABILITY TO ALL SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS Clause in Contracts

AVAILABILITY AND APPLICABILITY TO ALL SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS. ‌ The Unions agree that this Agreement will be made available to, and will fully apply to, any successful bidder for (or subcontractor of) Program Work who becomes signatory thereto, without regard to whether that successful bidder (or subcontractor) performs work at other sites on either a union or non-union basis and without regard to whether employees of such successful bidder (or subcontractor) are, or are not, members of any unions. This Agreement shall not apply to the work of any Contractor which is performed at any location other than the site of Program Work.
