Availability and Nature of the Credit Facilities. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Borrower may make Drawdowns under a Credit Facility in respect of the Commitments of a given Lender prior to, and only prior to, the Term Out Date applicable thereto.
Availability and Nature of the Credit Facilities. (1) Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the relevant Borrower may make Drawdowns, Conversions and Rollovers under each Credit Facility, in respect of the applicable Revolving Facility Commitment of a given Lender thereunder prior to, and only prior to, the Maturity Date applicable to such Lender.
