Availability for Housing. 1. The Department may initiate a Standby Process in the event that the availability of housing becomes limited. In the event of a Standby Process, applicants will be required to register for the Standby List. Registration for the Standby List indicates that the Student will accept the Space assigned, regardless of preference. 2. The Department may cancel the Agreement if a Room is not available or appropriate for assignment to the Student.
