Availability of Existing Infrastructure. EMRA and the Company may, instead of providing for construction of new infrastructure needed for the Exploration Activities, agree upon reasonable terms and conditions for use of existing infrastructure, provided that the existing infrastructure has sufficient capacity and after obtaining the approval of the competent entities.
