Common use of Availability of Funds Clause in Contracts

Availability of Funds. It is understood and agreed between the parties that the County shall be bound hereunder only to the extent of the funds available, or which may hereafter become available. The contract will be contingent upon annual appropriations by the Board of Supervisors of Dinwiddie County.
