Use of Space. The COUNTY will provide the space located at: [insert Orange County Government Location] (the “Designated Space”) which shall be utilized by the AGENCY solely for the lawful purpose of providing the services. If no space is designated, this Article V does not apply.

Use of Space. The Client may use the identified University Facility for the limited purpose of the event(s) for the date(s) of the event(s).
Use of Space. The space is to only be occupied by the Student to whom the space is assigned. The Student may not sublet or have long-term guests. Assigned units are for student residence purposes only. The Student may not operate any “for profit or personal gain” enterprise from any part of University housing, including but not limited to, web-based or e-commerce businesses.

Distribution of advertising material and solicitations of any sort shall be restricted to the Exhibitor’s booth. Exhibitor’s exhibit or products may not extend beyond the limits of the Exhibitor’s booth and no part of any exhibit or product may extend into any aisle. No Exhibitor shall arrange its exhibit so as to obscure or prejudice adjacent Exhibitors, as determined by Show Management. All demonstrations by Exhibitor must be located so that assembled crowds are within the Exhibitor’s space and not blocking any aisle or neighboring exhibits. No Exhibitor shall assign or sublet or share any part of its assigned space without the consent of Show Management in writing. Any space not occupied by Exhibitor at the time set for completion of installation of displays will be reassigned at the discretion of Show Management, in which case all amounts paid or payable by Exhibitor will be forfeited unless special arrangements have been approved in writing by Show Management. Exhibitor agrees to keep its exhibit open and staffed at all times during the Show hours. BOOTH CONSTRUCTION AND ARRANGEMENT – All booths must be carpeted by the Exhibitor. Standard booth equipment (back and side wall draping, and identification sign) is provided by Show Management without cost to the Exhibitor. If an Exhibitor plans to install a completely constructed display of such a character that the Exhibitor will not require or desire the use of standard booth equipment, no part thereof shall so project as to obstruct the view of adjacent booths. Use of Space. 2.1 The sole use of Space by CLC is to place equipment owned or leased, installed, operated and maintained by CLC , which interconnects with Frontier facilities for the exchange of Local Traffic or for access to UNEs. CLC may not locate its switching equipment in the Space. CLC may not interconnect equipment or facilities in its Space with equipment or facilities within another CLEC's Space without the specific written consent of Frontier which permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any violation of this paragraph shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. 2.2 CLC may provide or make available to any third-party space within CLC 's Partitioned Space only upon prior written notice to Frontier and only if CLC remains ultimately responsible for any such third-party action and the third-party CLC enters into applicable agreements, including a collocation agreement with Frontier which will be substantially similar to this Agreement but without charge for physical real estate space within CLC ’s Partitioned Space. Any violation of this paragraph shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. 2.3 CLC may place in Space the equipment which meets the standards specified in Frontier’s Safety Manual, or compliant with NEBS standards (which ever holds the higher standard). In addition, CLC , as specified in Frontier’s Safety Manual, is also permitted to place in Partitioned Space ancillary equipment such as cross-connect frames, as well as storage cabinets and work surfaces (e.g., tables). To help ensure the availability of sufficient space for all CLC s, CLC may order for office communications within the Space from Frontier, business message rate service under Frontier's applicable tariffs. CLC will provide, install and maintain in Space any repeaters, which may be necessary as a result of the physical distance between Space and the Central Office terminations of Frontier facilities and services. CLC 's equipment and installation of CLC 's equipment must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local environmental, health and safety requirements (hereafter “EHS requirements”), as well as Frontier's Policies and Practices relating to fire, safety, health, environmental, and network safeguards as set forth in Frontier’s Safety Manual. CLC agrees its equipment and installation activities will not materially impact Frontier's services or facilities. CLC shall bear all cost of modifying and maintaining its equipment and the Space as required ...
Use of Space. The space contracted for is to be used solely for the Exhibitor whose name appears on the contract. The Exhibitor will not sublet nor assign any portion of same without the prior written consent of UCT or Gulf Publishing Company.

Use of Space. Rooms are for student residence purposes only, and use of facility for any commercial purpose whatsoever is strictly prohibited. Students may not operate any “for profit or personal gain” enterprise from any part of university residence halls, including, but not limited to, Web-based or e-commerce businesses. The student agrees not to sell, sublease, or assign this contract to anyone.
Use of Space. All materials and activities must be confined to the limits of the exhibit booth and shall not interfere with traffic or other exhibits. Promotion is limited to products and services of exhibiting companies only. Reassignment, subletting or sharing of exhibit space is prohibited. Excessive noise, which would interfere with other exhibitors, is not allowed. INFORMS reserves the right to alter the location of exhibit booths in the best interest of the exhibits and the conference.
Use of Space. Exhibitors will not be permitted for installation until full payment is received. There is no exception to this policy. Similarly, if an Exhibitor has an outstanding balance with the Official Show Contractor (The Expo Group), greater than 180 days, Exhibitor will not be permitted to move-in to their space and/or receive limited services from official show contractors including but not limited to: drayage, installation, cleaning, a/v, utility services, etc. Exhibitor who fails to occupy its assigned space two hours prior to the published expo hours (set no later than 9:00 a.m. on Monday, September 19, 2022 and has not given NPA the required written notice of cancellation will be considered a “no show.” NPA has the right to use “no show” exhibit space in such a manner as it may deem in the Event’s best interest. Failure to occupy exhibit space does not relieve the Exhibitor from their obligation to the terms of the Agreement and will impact an Exhibitors priority point status (See also “Priority Point Assignments/Calculations”). Any exhibiting company cancelling with a balance due is responsible for paying the remainder in full within 15 days of the cancellation. Displays must remain fully intact and manned during all exhibit hours. No exhibits may be erected after official opening or dismantled before official closing times. Failure to adhere to this policy could result in one or more of the following: (a) penalty fines of up to 15% of your total booth costs, (b) the priority point status will revert to zero; (c) a 2-year ban from attending or exhibiting at the event, (d) preferred exhibitor status revoked for future events, (e) a surcharge of 15% added to your future exhibiting fees. Subletting Space. No Exhibitor shall assign, sublet, or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted, or exhibit therein, any other goods, apparatus, etc. than those manufactured or sold by the Exhibitor in the regular course of business. Sub-divisions, subsidiary organizations or partner product distributors that share space with a parent company will not be recognized as Exhibitors. This applies to booth personnel representatives’ badges as well as any listings in digital/print.
