Availability of Loans to Participants. (a) If elected by the Employer, loans will be available to Participants in this Plan. A Participant may apply for a loan from the Plan subject to the limitations and other provisions of this Article.
(b) The Employer shall establish written guidelines governing the granting of loans, provided that such guidelines are approved by the Administrator and are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Article, and that loans made available all applicable Participants reasonably equivalent basis.
Availability of Loans to Participants. If permitted under the Adoption Agreement, a Participant may apply for a loan from the Plan subject to the limitations and other provisions of this Article.
