Availability of Mobile Deposits. Checks deposited through the RDC service are not subject to the funds availability requirements of Regulation CC. Checks deposited using the RDC service will generally be made available in your Account no later than two (2) business days after the day you made the deposit. In some cases, we may not make the funds available in accordance with the general policy for other reasons, including, but not limited to, if we have reasonable cause to doubt collectability of the check. The length of the delay will be counted in business days from the day of your deposit.
