Availability of Part-time Nurses. (a) Part-time nurses will schedule themselves for up to three (3) tours per week according to the self-scheduling guidelines. The number of tours shall not be construed to be a guarantee of hours of work to be performed on each tour and during each work schedule; (b) Weekend schedule as listed in Article 14.05 unless a nurse requests weekend work. (c) Designated holidays shall be equitably distributed among the part-time nurses in the bargaining unit. (d) Up to five (5) tours over Christmas or New Years.
