Common use of AVAILABILITY OF PLANS Clause in Contracts

AVAILABILITY OF PLANS. Prior to and during construction/erection of the improvement the Building Contractor shall ensure that a copy of the working drawings and plans in respect of the improvements as approved in terms of the Guidelines is on site and available at all times to the Building Contractor’s employees, as well as being available for inspection by the HOA / Building Control Contractor during all working hours. Breach: > Works to be stopped until plans are available on site.
