Sewers. 20.2.1 A sewer boundary connection has been provided for the Erf into which the Building Contractor is required to connect the sewer system for the improvements.
20.2.2 The Building Contractor may not dispose of any building material, contaminated water rubbish into the sewer system.

Sewers. 7.1 The Owner shall connect any required storm and sanitary sewers services, as shown on the Approved Site Plan, to the municipal sewers. Said connections to be at the expense of the Owner, subject to the required fees.
7.2 If sanitary or storm sewer mains do not exist in the area of the development or are not easily accessible, then the Owner will be required to cover the cost of extending existing sewer mains to the subject lands at the Owner’s expense. This aforementioned work must be completed prior to a building permit being issued by the Corporation for any development on the subject lands. The Owner will pay the Corporation annual sewer rates.
7.3 Disposal of waste water shall be in compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of the Environment and the Corporation’s current Sewer Use By-Law existing at the time.
Sewers. 20.2.1 A sewer boundary chamber has been provided for the ERF into which the BUILDING CONTRACTOR is required to connect the sewer system for the IMPROVEMENTS.
20.2.2 The BUILDING CONTRACTOR may not dispose of any building material, contaminated water rubbish into the sewer system.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the Project Documents, the Trust shall be responsible for the maintenance of any sewers required by the Hospital, to the extent that the same are not situated on the Site but the Project Co shall otherwise be responsible for complying with the UEA Deed of Grant.

Ergon and the Purchaser each undertake to use all reasonable endeavours in a reasonably timely manner to undertake (or procure another member of their Group undertake) the Sewer Repairs and to pay 50% (fifty per cent) of the Costs of the Sewer Repairs. Ergon undertakes to carry out (or procure another member of the ICI Group carry out) the Sewer Repairs as far as reasonably practicable prior to the Completion Date. To the extent that Ergon (or another member of the ICI Group) has carried out the Sewer Repairs prior to the Completion Date, the Purchaser undertakes to indemnify Ergon (for itself and as trustee for each member of the ICI Group) for 50% (fifty per cent) of the Costs incurred by Ergon (or another member of the ICI Group) in undertaking the Sewer Repairs prior to the Completion Date. To the extent that Ergon (or another member of the ICI Group) has not carried out the Sewer Repairs prior to the Completion Date, the Purchaser undertakes to carry out (or procure that another member of the Purchaser's Group shall carry out) the Sewer Repairs and Ergon undertakes to indemnify the Purchaser (for itself and as trustee for each member of the Purchaser's Group) for 50% (fifty per cent) of the Costs incurred by the Purchaser (or any other member of the Purchaser's Group) in undertaking the Sewer Repairs following the Completion Date. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Ergon (and all other members of the ICI Group) exceed U.S.$150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand dollars) in respect of the Meredosia Sewers and U.S.$80,000 (eighty thousand dollars) in respect of the Warrington Sewers in each Back to Contents case regardless of whether Ergon undertakes (or procures the undertaking of) the Sewer Repairs or indemnifies the Purchaser (for itself and as trustee for each member of the Purchaser's Group) in respect of the Sewer Repairs.
Sewers. For purposes of satisfying the requirements of Minn. Stat. §115.55, Seller represents that there is no “individual sewer treatment system” (within the meaning of that statute) on or serving the Property.
