Availability of Records, Accounts And Audit. Subcontractor shall make its books, records and Project documents available to Contractor for review and inspection and/or audit in accordance with the same terms and conditions that are stated in the General Contract requiring the Contractor to make its books, records and Project documents available to the Owner and/or permit the Owner to audit the Contractor’s records. It is intended that the Contractor will have the same rights in this regard against the Subcontractor as the Owner has against the Contractor.
