Availability of Records/Audit Review Procedures. Consultant shall document the results of the work to the satisfaction of NCTC, and if applicable, the State and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). Such documentation may include preparation of progress and final reports, plans, specifications and estimates, or similar evidence of attainment of contract objectives.
