Availability of Remedies. The Landlord may from time to time resort to any or all of the rights and remedies available to it upon the occurrence of an Event of Default either by any provision of this Lease or by statute or the general law, all of which rights and remedies are intended to be cumulative and not alternative, and the express provisions herein as to certain rights and remedies are not to be interpreted as excluding any other or additional rights or remedies available to the Landlord by statute or the general law.
