Availability Preceding Expiration of Qualified Project Period. During the three (3) years prior to the later of (i) the expiration of the Qualified Project Period or (ii) the date that is fifty-five (55) years after the date of commencement of the Qualified Project Period, the Owner shall continue to make available to Very Low Income Tenants the Restricted Units that have been vacated to the same extent that non-Restricted Units, if any, are made available to non-eligible households.
