Extension of Initial Contract Period. 31.1 Subject to clause 13 (Price Adjustment on Extension of the Initial Contract Period), the Authority may, by giving written notice to the Contractor not less than three (3) Month(s) prior to the last day of the Initial Contract Period, extend the Contract for such further period as may be specified in the notice. The provisions of the Contract will apply (subject to any Variation or adjustment to the Contract Price pursuant to clause 13) throughout any such extended period.

Subject to a satisfactory performance of its obligations under the Contract by the Service Provider during the Initial Contract Period the Customer may, by giving written notice to the Service Provider not less than three (3) Months prior to the last day of the Initial Contract Period, extend the Contract for the further period specified in the Order Form. The further period shall not exceed a period of one (1) Year from expiry of the Initial Contract Period. The provision of the Contract will apply throughout any such extended period.
Extension of Initial Contract Period. 48.1 Subject to a satisfactory performance of its obligations under the Contract by the SERVICE PROVIDER during the Initial Contract Period the CLIENT may, by giving written notice to the SERVICE PROVIDER not less than [three (3) Months] prior to the last day of the Initial SERVICE PROVIDER Period, extend the Contract for any further period specified in the Order Form. Extension of Initial Contract Period. 47.1 The Authority may, by giving written notice to the Supplier not less than six (6) Months prior to the last day of the Initial Contract Period, or if the Contract is already extended six (6) Months prior to the last day of the then current extension period, extend the Contract for up to two (2) further periods each of one (1) year.
47.2 Without prejudice to its right pursuant to Clause 47.1, the Authority may, by giving written notice to the Supplier of not less than three (3) Months at any time during the Contract Period and whether or not it has exercised a right pursuant to Clause 47.1, extend the Contract for such period as is specified in the notice, provided that the Authority shall be entitled to exercise its rights pursuant to this Clause 47.2 more than once provided that the aggregate extensions made pursuant to this Clause 47.2 shall not exceed one (1) year.
47.3 The provisions of the Contract will apply throughout any extension period.

Extension of Initial Contract Period.
F6.1 The Client may, by giving written notice to the Service Provider not less than 1 Month prior to the last day of the Initial Contract Period, extend the Contract for a further period of up to one year. The provisions of the Contract will apply throughout any such extended period.
F6.2 The Contract may be extended in accordance with Clause F6.1 on more than one occasion but the Contract Period may not exceed a period of three years from the Commencement Date.
