Availability to Return. A letter of availability to return from leave shall reach the Office of Human Resources not later than April 1 of the school year preceding the date of return. If a leave shall terminate at a time other than the beginning of a school year, such letter of availability shall reach the Office of Human Resources not later than sixty (60) days preceding the termination date. Failure to comply with the above shall be interpreted as a resignation from the Oak Park Schools.
