Availability Workbook. Seller shall (i) collect the measurement data, listed in (b) below, in one (1) or more Microsoft Excel Workbooks (the “Availability Workbook”) provided in a form and naming convention approved by Buyer and (ii) electronically send the Availability Workbook to an address provided by Buyer. The Actual Availability Report shall reflect the sum of the Settlement Interval Actual Available Capacity of all generators as measured by such generator’s internal turbine controller.
