Available Content. Section 1.1 of the Agreement shall be deleted and replaced with the following: “1.1 ’Available Content’ means the entire print library collection held by or under the control of the Regents of the University of Michigan. Available Content also includes, without limitation, works made available by U of M to Google in Digitized form. Those Books and Inserts included within the Available Content constitute the Books and Inserts targeted for Digitization for purposes of the Settlement Agreement.”
