Provider Content. Information and materials posted on the Verint Marketplace by a Marketplace Provider, which may include Provider App(s) and/or a link to the Marketplace Provider’s website to enable a Marketplace Consumer to obtain Marketplace Provider offerings from a Marketplace Provider.
Provider Content. The availability of any Provider Content through the Verint Marketplace is not an endorsement by Verint of such Marketplace Provider or the Provider Content. Marketplace Consumer acknowledges and agrees that nothing in this Agreement or on the Verint Marketplace will be deemed to be a representation or warranty by Verint with respect to any Provider Content or any Provider App, even if identified as “certified” for use with any Verint offering. Provider Content may include links to a Marketplace Provider’s website as a convenience to Marketplace Consumers interested in procuring or learning more about Provider Content or Provider Apps. Marketplace Consumer acknowledges and agrees that Verint is not responsible or liable for (a) the acts or omissions of a Marketplace Provider; (b) the accuracy, completeness, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, interoperability, or appropriateness of any Provider Content, Provider App(s) or information or other offerings contained on a Marketplace Provider’s website; or (c) any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, privacy invasive, abusive, threatening, offensive, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable information contained in Provider Content, or on a Marketplace Provider’s website, including any information that infringes or may infringe any Intellectual Property Right or any other right of a third party. Marketplace Consumer is responsible for procuring sufficient use rights in the relevant Verint and Marketplace Provider’s offering(s) as would otherwise be required for the Marketplace Consumer’s use.
Provider Content. Provider shall provide Amadeus with the Provider Content for distribution through the Amadeus LinkHotel. 3.
Provider Content. Provider grants Life-Exchange the right to use the content submitted by Provider to Life-Exchange (the “Provider Content") and each LE Report purchased by Provider from a Registered LE Company through the Site for all purposes associated with the Site and as disclosed in the Life-Exchange Privacy Policy. Life-Exchange is entitled to copy and store all information transmitted through the Site by or to Provider and to use that information in order to provide the Services and other services and functions of the Site, provided that such information will be treated as Confidential Information by Life-Exchange pursuant to Section 6 below. Life-Exchange may record and observe transactions and activity on the Site to assist Life-Exchange in providing and maintaining the Site, however Life-Exchange does not undertake any obligation to record or observe any or all transactions or activities. Life-Exchange may use and disclose any such information in an aggregated form that will not disclose the bidding or purchase offering habits of Provider or violate applicable laws.
Provider Content. Provider grants to Google, on a non-exclusive basis, all the rights and licenses necessary, if any, to host, cache, route, transmit, store, copy, distribute (including distribution through a download functionality), perform, display, reformat, excerpt, analyze, and otherwise use Provider Content on the Google Services. Accordingly, Google may (i) host the Provider Content on Google's servers; (ii) index Provider Content; (iii) display, perform, and distribute Provider Content on Google Services; (iv) distribute Provider Content through a download functionality; and

At its cost and expense, any Content Provider may develop, produce and submit Courses and related Content for hosting on the Platform for access and use by registered End Users based upon the Platform’s Best Practice Guide. The Provider agrees that it is its own responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all and any content uploaded into the Provide r’s Portal or SaaS account including but not limited to its agreements and contracts with its Responsible Parties, Clients, Customers or Patients. The Provider agrees that DentiCare has not liability in relation to the Provider’s uploaded content.
Provider Content. “Provider Content” means documents, communications, data, including aggregated and anonymized data about the use and performance of the Services, and other content provided by Provider as part of the Services or as part of Provider’s business operations. Between you and Provider, Provider owns all rights to Provider Content. Provider Content is considered Free Services unless it is expressly included as part of the Services in your Subscription Terms (such as Provider’s proprietary document templates). Provider Content does not become Your Content even if you subscribe to it or download it. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Provider. No rights are granted by implication, waiver, or estoppel.
Provider Content. Nothing in this Agreement shall effect a transfer of copyright from Provider to CIM in the Provider Content, and, upon providing Provider Content for incorporation into the CIM Site(s), Provider shall retain any rights of copyright in such content that it possessed prior to providing such content to CIM, subject only to the license granted to CIM to use such content as described in this Agreement.
Provider Content. The foregoing includes all necessary licenses to use the compositions and sound recordings of any music included in the Provider Content in order to host, index, display, perform, synchronize, and distribute Provider Content (except for the necessary rights and permissions for the public performance in the United States of the musical compositions embodied in Provider Content), and the right to modify Provider Content solely to the extent technically necessary to index and display Provider Content. Provider understands and agrees that Provider Content may be syndicated to Google affiliates and syndication partners via the Google Services.
