Available Products. Devices that are in-stock or otherwise not subject to supply-chain shortages or issues, shall be delivered within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of Order, unless otherwise specified by the Purchasing Entity.
Available Products. The health insurance products available to the Broker for marketing will be designated from time to time by Golden Rule in its sole discretion. The products initially available to Broker are listed in Appendix 1. Later addition or deletion of products by Golden Rule will take effect [***] days after Golden Rule provides Broker with written notice of the addition or deletion. If the addition or deletion is necessitated by a change in the legal or regulatory environment, then an earlier effective date may be designated.
Available Products. Where specification paragraphs or subparagraphs titled “Available Products” provide a list of names of both products and manufacturers, Design-Builder must provide one of the products listed that complies with the requirements of the specification.
Available Products. The following Synergy/DE Products are available to Company on all platforms on which Synergy/DE is currently supported, as specified on the Synergex web site (xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx). These Products can be accessed under the Program by download from the Synergex web site. Synergex will provide product configuration keys, which will be reissued annually at the end of each subscription term.

Available Products. Vetericyn: all products Wound Care OTC (“Puracyn”): Human wound care formulation, up to 85 ppm of free available chlorine, both in gel and liquid form, for the over-the-counter sale. In this Exhibit A, the “Puracyn” refers to the Oculus wound care OTC product. For purposes of clarity, Products shall not include prescription indications, including liquids, gels, ointments or other formulations of this device for sale by or on the order of a licensed healthcare practitionerWound Care with Preservatives, OTC
Available Products. Permanent plans only except VUL. Available riders are restricted to term riders.

Products available through ASD Healthcare including, but not limited to: (i) intravenous immunoglobulin, albumin products, hyper-immune globulin products, anti-hemophilic factors, plasma, and recombinant products (“Plasma Products”); (ii) specialty and oncology products as designated in the Oncology and Specialty sections of ASD Healthcare’s product catalog (“Specialty/Oncology Products”); (iii) vaccines; (iv) cellular therapy products, human gene therapy products and CAR-T therapy products (“Cell and Gene Therapies”); (v) and other specialty products which are included in the ASD Healthcare product catalog (subsections (i)-(v), collectively, “ASD Products”).
Available Products. Services: The following products and services are available for purchase under this Contract:
a. Apple Desktops, Laptops and Tablets b. RELATED PERIPHERALS & SERVICES* *Services may include warranty services, maintenance, installation, de-installation, factory integration (software or equipment components), asset management, recycling/disposal, training and certification, pre-implementation design, disaster recovery planning and support, service desk/helpdesk, and any other directly related technical support service required for the effective operation of a Product supplied under this Contract.
